Kindly follow the steps below to complete your application for admission into any of the UNTH schools:
EXAMINATION/APPLICATION DEADLINE
School of Cardiothoraic Nursing
Deadline: One week before examination date
Date: 3rd- 5th June, 2015
Place: School Premises
Only candidates who possess the entry requirements and satisfy the panel shall be considered for admission.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Possess the West African Certificate/GCE/NECO or their equivalent with Credits in five (5) subjects at one or two sittings including English and Mathematics, and with all the Science subjects viz; Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
Have at least 1-2years post-qualification experience in the Clinical Area.
Show evidence of sponsorship/release throughout the period of training by an institution or voluntary agency

INTERNET PAYMENTS
You should have either an Interswitch debit card, Naira Master Card, VISA or Verve card
Enter Student’s infomation and click on InterSwitch Payment option
Enter the amount and click on Next, You will be directed to the payment gateway page.
On the PAYMENTS gateway, select your Card type and provide Card details, pin and other information that is required.
Step 5: You’ll be redirected to a Status page, where you can view the status of your
transaction.
Step 6: If your transaction is successful, Copy the receipt number and go back to the portal to complete registration.
