UNIBEN 2015 School of Nursing Form is out

This is to notify the general public that the University of Benin – UNIBEN 2015 School of Nursing Form is on sale.

From the information reaching us, applications are invited from suitably candidates for the entrance examination for admission into the above School of Nursing in March 2015 for Eighteen (18) months (Post Registration) Nursing Programme leader to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
2. Must possess the following:
WAEC/GCE (O/Level) NECO with five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings Subjects should include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
(b) Senior Secondary School Certificate (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN)

PPLICATION FORM
Application forms should state age, state of origin, local govenment area. school(s) attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the Principal.

COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORM
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Deputy Director Nursing Education/Principal with an non-refundable fee of N5,500 (five thousand, five hundred Naira) only. This should be made payable through Teller payment to UBTH Corporate Patients (FIDELITY BANK UNIBEN Branch, Benin City) Account No. 5030047475.

A separate payment of N200 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State Account: No. 2050003858 First Bank of Nigeria (Uniben Branch).

Candidate are to submit four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in preceding two weeks) while returning the completed application forms,
