Persons who want to apply for admission at the polytechnic should read the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL TEMPLE GATE POLYTECHNIC APPLICANTS

1. The form should be submitted via the form on the application portal or completed in the applicant’s own handwriting and in block letters.

2. The completed forms should be sent either by registered post or, preferably by hand to (info to fill available on the portal):

(i) One Photostat copy of birth certificate or sworn declaration of age

(ii) Two clear Photostat copies of results of the qualifying examinations of certificate or statement

(iii) Eight recent passport photographs of yourself, duly certified, as regards authenticity on the back.

(V) One stamped, self addressed envelope.

The accompanying Admission Brochure should be studied carefully before the form is completed.
