This is to inform the general public that the School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing, National Eye Centre Kaduna Admission Forms On Sale 2016.
Applications are invited from Nurses seeking admission into the Post Basic opthalmic Nurse Training Programme for the 2016 academic year.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should be holders of the RN and any other relevant certificate.
In addition, candidates must posses the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with Credit in at least five subjects to include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and any other relevant science subject in not more than two sittings
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms can be obtained from the NATIONAL EYE CENTER KADUNA School after payment of a non-refundable application fee of N6,500.00

The closing date for the sales of forms is on 29th April 2016
