ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Five (5) Credits including English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics at not more than Two (2) sittings. (NECO and WASSC results combination is acceptable) AWAITING RESULT CANDIDATES ARE NOT QUALIFIED
PAYMENT
- Pay the sum of N8,000.00 (Eight thousand naira) only into
Bank: Enterprise Bank Plc, Account Account No.: 1400022401 Account Name: Ondo State School of Nursing, Akure. - Submit a copy of your payment teller to the Bursar at the school premises and obtain the school receipt and scratch card

- Fill in your data and relevant details required
- Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Max. size 30kb)
- Print a copy of acknowledgement and Exam Notification slip after successful completion of online application
