NANMM Advice Tambuwal to Implement CONHESS Salary Structure for Two Institutions

Latest nursing updates reaching us has it that the Sokoto State Chairman of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Comrade Aminu Ahmad, Saturday appealed to Governor Aminu Tambuwal, to ensure immediate implementation of CONHESS salary structure for the staff of College of Nursing and School of Health Technology Gwadabawa.

Ahmad made the plea yesterday, at the quadrennial delegate conference of the Association held at the Sultan Maccido Institute of Quran and General Studies, Sokoto.

According to him, the call became necessary so as to stop brain drain in those institutions.

He maintained that implementing the CONHESS salary structure for the staff of the two institutions, would go a long way in enhancing their performance.
