This is just a compilation of few complains we got from candidates who took part in the 2018 JAMB CBT examination. We had to publish few of the complains here if JAMB management will see it and come to their aids.
We use this medium to solicit JAMB managements and the general public to help these candidates. According to many candidates, JAMB is making it difficult to contact them as their website does not have a contact page. Also, none of the phone numbers on JAMB website is going through.
JAMB please help these candidates. These are just few of them, thousands of others are still suffering. I have put their JAMB registration numbers and contact page for perusal.
Please take your time to read through their tragic stories. They reported a lot of issues ranging from issues at their exam centres, technical issues on their computer, lack of results after the exam and so on. Their academic ambition and their future is at stake here. Thanks

I am writing to complain about my exam center Gestric infotech and Management Institute, No 74 Oron road, Uyo Akwa Ibom State.
Sir my center on 3rd of March suffered server logging out candidates in the middle of their exams, which complaints where made to the invigilators, and theirs respose will be “Login again”. In my own case sir I was logout 2 consecutive times, that’s in the middle of my English and Physics questions, on seeing my results out come I was shock, where as 50 percent of English questions that came on that day, I bet was taken from English pass question of 2003 , physics is my best subject which I solve all the questions which gave me answer in the options, sir I was convinced within myself that I can’t score anything below 250 aggregate but here I have received SMS of my result like 2 times now of a score of 197. Please Sir I want you to use your office and look into the exams from this center on the said date as so many who wrote a on that date and time are rolling in tears. Yes what you need to do is called JAMB regularization. It is done on the jamb website. JAMB will charge you N10,000 after that you will take print-out to your former school for signing. Once they sign and send the print out to JAMB, they will give you jamb number withing 2-3 weeks. Success!

Good day, My name is Collins Anavhe. I wrote me exams on the 4th of March, 2016. I finished my exams two (2) hrs be fore the end of time. i wrote very well on Biology and English it was physics that was someway tricky but i wrote well on chemistry. They’re subject that u see your score and you don’t complain, i’m not a genius in Cemistry and physics but when i comes to Biology, i nearly placed a bet to score above 90 but when i saw my result i was ashamed of myself, i know that score wasn’t mine now im gonna spend another one year reading for jamb because i scored a disappointing 192 i hate JAMB for this year!
