1. Where are WAEC GCE Nov-Dec Form/Scratch Cards Sold?
Nov-Dec WAEC GCE Registration Pins/ forms are available in all the WAEC Zonal Offices nationwide and participating Banks. The WAEC GCE scratch cards are also available in some registration outlets and cyber cafes.
How Much is WAEC GCE Form?
At the time of writing this article, the official price of the GCE form for 2016 is not yet known. Of course, the price of the form will be made known once the form has been released.
But, as of last year, the form was sold in the form of scratch card at the cost of N13,950 and you can get it from the available WAEC Offices or from participated banks and cyber cafes.
How Much is Registration?

After buying the form, you may need to located an accreditation internet cafes to register for the examination. SOme of them charge from N500 to N1500 per registration. This price is not fixed and the final cost will depend on your bargaining power.
How to Register for Nov-Dec WAEC GCE for 2017 : What are the Registration Procedures
Please note that registration of NOV/Dec GCE for 2016/2017 requires a biometric capture and a finger print scanner will be used for the initial login to WAEC registration portal. If you are online exams registrar, you are advised to download WAEC Biometric Data Capture.

Hi, Segun, GCE registration will commence around April/May this May this year and will end around July. Last year it was 9,000 plus. Depending on your location, you will have to find online registration centre closer to you and register. Thank you

Yes, but you will still need to register with WAEC for authorization
please my scanner tells me Time Out , what do i do?
Its an error in installation file. restart your system and try again. If problem persist, uninstall the scanner and install again it will work
