Female Student Attempted Suicide Over Failure to Secure Admission into University

Report has it that a 24-year-old female pre-degree student of a University in the South-South has attempted suicide after she failed to gain admission into the university for a degree programme.
Our correspondent gathered that the student was frustrated after going through the list of students that succeeded in gaining admission for a degree programme in the University on the internet and found out that her name was missing, she decided to poison herself.
One of her room mate who noticed what was going on quickly called for help and she was rushed to the hospital.
In the hospital, the doctor ran some tests, and it was discovered that she wanted to commit suicide.
The doctor said if she had stayed a moment longer she would have died.
The doctor then gave her some drugs to flush the poison out of her system and advised her to take life one step at a time, that Gaining admission into the university should not be a do-or-die affair.
For me, I think this girl deserve to be given admission into any university of choice in Nigeria because of her courage. How do you think?
